  • The Online Program is designed for new mums looking to regain strength and confidence from the comfort of home. With flexible, guided workouts, you can train at your own pace, making it easy to fit into a busy schedule.

    We focus on core stability, pelvic floor strength, and functional fitness—helping you rebuild strength, improve posture, and feel empowered in daily life. Using targeted movements like squats, hip thrusts, deadlifts, and banded exercises, our program supports your recovery while enhancing overall wellness.

  • The online program is $25 per week.

  • You’ll have access to 5 sessions per week.

    • Light & medium dumbbells

    • A set of resistance bands

    • A yoga mat

    • Water bottle and towel

  • Each session is approximately 40 minutes, but you can pause and rest as needed!

  • Our sessions combine pre- and postnatal strength training and conditioning, designed to support and strengthen your body safely.

  • Once signed up you will be given access to our App, which is powered by Everfit.
